1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with Lazycart! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
3. Shipping Timeframe
We offer a standard delivery window of 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: Up to 10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our current shipping partners include:
• Dropdash
• Dropshipindia
• Bluedart
• Shiprocket Network
• India Post (for select pin codes)
The shipping partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery location and product type.

Shipping charges are free , all over India
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours containing:
• Your tracking number
• The name of the shipping partner
7. Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Lazycart is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In case of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will typically retry delivery up to 2 times before returning the package to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders that need to be re-dispatched.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately at rcstartup01@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged package and product
• A brief description of the issue
If your shipment is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Lazycart ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Certain products may not be eligible for delivery to specific pin codes due to courier restrictions. In such cases, you will be notified at checkout.
